01 How do we start an AI project with you?

Book a discovery call on WhatsApp or by email. We then agree a scope, send a written proposal and plan a kickoff. The steps are on our how-to-start page.

02 What does it cost?

Every project is quoted individually in a written proposal. Cost depends on how many workflows are involved, the data you have and the systems we connect to.

03 Do we need clean data before we begin?

No. The audit sprint checks what data you have and what state it is in, and the roadmap says what to fix first.

04 How do you handle customer data and privacy?

We plan consent, access and data handling around Indonesia’s UU PDP (Law No. 27 of 2022) from the start. Confirm your obligations with your own counsel.

05 Can an assistant hand a chat over to a person?

Yes. Our WhatsApp and chat assistants are built to pass the conversation to your team whenever a person should take over.
